FARES AND PRICES All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and ticket(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advise otherwise

PAYMENT METHODS All credit card bookings are secure and seats are guaranteed. Cash payments must be made at a bona fide Tairua Bus Company agent before bookings are confirmed. Cash payments on the day of travel to the driver are not recommended as seats may no longer be available. Cheques are also accepted by agents only up to 10 working days before travel before bookings are confirmed. Some agents may not accept cheques. Invoicing options are only available to pre-approved vendors or agents in writing

YOUR VOUCHER AND DEPARTURE POINT Please present your ticket number 10 minutes before departure to the driver at the nominated stop. The location of the departure point can be found in the description of the trip and is stated on your booking confirmation. We can not be held responsible for customers showing up late for their bus. Please ensure you are in view of the driver at the correct stop at least 5 minutess prior to departure, drivers will not be responsible for searching out customers sitting in cars or in cafes etc.

AVAILABILITY The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Trips are confirmed when full payment is received

IMPORTANT We request that you carefully check the dates on your ticket and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.

CANCELLATION POLICY In common with all budget carriers we do not offer refunds when customers: a. choose not to travel b. can no longer travel or c. book incorrectly.

This is because we need our buses to be as full as possible to keep our prices as low as they are and we may not be able to resell the seats. The ONLY situation in which we will provide a refund is when we fail to provide the service as advertised. However, you can change any booking using the contact form (Tairua Bus bookings only) or change booking form on the nakedbus.com website (nakedbus.com bookings only). There is $1.40 fee for this and it must be done more than 24 hours before the original departure time. Changes will incur the $1.40 fee plus any increase in price if the new ticket is more expensive than the older ticket (but decreases are not refunded). Make sure you press the button to pay by credit card at the end, otherwise your change will not be complete. If you wish to cancel your ticket so another passenger can take advantage of our low fares, please advise us using the contact form. There is no refund in these circumstances. * Tickets for Events or Attractions are non-refundable * Airport or Coach - transfer services are non-refundable * Specials advertised are non-refundable

CONNECTING SERVICES Our drivers will adhere strictly to stated schedules, where an unrelated service is utilised to connect to a Tairua Bus Company or www.nakedbus.com service and your bus runs late we will not wait for you

WHEELCHAIRS Unfortunately our buses are unable to accommodate wheelchairs unless they are foldable and the passenger is able to board the bus walking. The usual excess luggage fee does not apply to wheelchairs

ANIMALS No animals other than bon fide guide dogs are permitted at a rate of one per service and must be pre-booked

ENVIRONMENT The Tairua Bus Company supports efforts for carbon emission setoffs, efficiency practises and related promotion within its corporate mandate. We encourage our guests to do the same but it is not mandatory.
